HERBED ASPARAGUS

INGREDIENTS

 

    * 1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed

    * 1 teaspoon Parsley Flakes

    * ½ teaspoon Basil Leaves

    * 1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

    * 3 tablespoons butter, melted

    * 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

   

 

DIRECTIONS

 

         COOK asparagus 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain well. Place on serving dish.

         STIR Parsley Flakes, Basil Leaves and Ground Black Pepper into melted butter.

         POUR butter mixture over hot asparagus. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
